Nice, Safe, Uneventful New Years Eve!

January 1st, 2007 at 12:36 am

We ate at a birthday party for my sister early in the day. We were fed at a friends house where we went to watch the ball drop.

At my friend's house we sat and watched "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"! It is one of my favorite films of all times. Each time I watch it I pick up something new!Smile

It was nice to see Dick Clark back on the TV for the Ball Drop! He has recovered nicely God Bless him!

No alcohol tonight just sparkling apple cider. What a wild man I am these days!Big Grin
The diet starts tomorrow though! I pigged out folks!

Life is good and everything is on course for now!

Ahhhh pigger pigger! I've been known to do that many a time myself!

Don't you just hate it when those bicycle shorts chafe? Wink

(Of course, we aren't EVEN going to talk about the bag of peanut M&M's I finished off last night! Party Animals that we are!!)

Sounds like you had a really nice time. Good for you. I like My Big Fat Greek Wedding too. I think it is hilarious. Happy New Year to you and your family.

I watched that movie over my vacation, so funny you should mention it! It's such a good flick. The eating regime starts again here as well... the holidays kinda pushed me over the edge. heh. Happy new year!

Well this little piggie starts the dietary changes in earnest today! "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" is a movie I highly recommend. It is hilarious!

Lux my weakness in the candy dept. is Tootsie Pops! I have been known to go through a bag of them in a day!Smile

Well, don't forget you can always indulge in the things you love to eat - just in MODERATION!
Glad you had a good time last night! We went to the neighbors surprise birthday party. It was fun and I did "drink and walk!"

  7. PRICEPLUS Says:

Some foods just don't come in "moderation" size. I think it may be bestto bring my own snacks in future!Smile No Tootsie Pops though!Smile

  8. vsjhoc Says:

Eating tootsie pops is like spending money -- both are OK in moderation! (Uh oh, do I sound like Forrest Gump?)

I wish you the Happiest New Year ever PP - how great that you are starting it off debt free!

  9. PRICEPLUS Says:

Thanks vsjhoc! I am severely addicted to Tootsie Pops! Moderation is not in the vocabulary when they are about. So it still takes three to get to the center!Big Grin
